Leica’s presentation features a curated selection of 13 photographers, including notable figures such as Ralph Gibson, Rebecca Norris Webb, and Donna Ferrato. The exhibition spans a wide range of styles and themes, from documentary and street photography to fine art and cultural storytelling. This diversity reflects Leica’s long-standing commitment to showcasing both established masters and emerging voices.
Leica Joins AIPAD
At its core, the exhibition emphasizes photography as a medium of storytelling, truth, and human connection. Many participating artists have been recognized through prestigious Leica initiatives such as the Leica Oskar Barnack Award and the Leica Women Foto Project, reinforcing the brand’s influence in shaping photographic narratives worldwide.
This debut is especially meaningful in 2026, as Leica celebrates 50 years of its global gallery network. By entering AIPAD for the first time, Leica Gallery New York expands its reach beyond its physical space into a broader international arena.

Ultimately, the exhibition not only highlights artistic excellence but also underscores Leica’s enduring role in advancing photography as both an art form and a cultural force.
Public hours for the exhibition begin Thursday, April 23.
Enjoy.
