If it isn’t on Instagram, it’s like it didn’t happen. When you travel, you gotta make the photos perfect, avoid clichés, and show everyone how much fun you’re having. I mean, the struggle is real, guys! To help you relax and enjoy the vacation, Ibis hotels in Switzerland offers “Social Media Sitter” who will take the pressure off of you and post to Instagram on your behalf.
On a dedicated website, Ibis advertises the Social Media Sitter as someone who’ll take care of your Instagram profile so you can explore the city in peace and enjoy your trip without digital stress. I guess you need to give them your username and password (I see no other way for someone to access your profile). And Ibis promises that the “sitters” are “Instagram professionals” who will provide the best posts on your profile.
The service is now available for booking in Zurich and Geneva. But considering that Ibis has hotels worldwide, perhaps the “Instagram sitter” will become available in other cities, too. Although, I personally wouldn’t be happy to give my Instagram username and password to anyone. Plus, I’d prefer an offline vacation. But hey, to each their own.

WTF? Is this a joke?
You would really hope it is, but unfortunately the type of people who would use this service are so in love with themselves and IG that they couldn’t possibly miss one day with out posting something.
If it’s an income generating account then I see it as no different than hiring a replacement in the workplace, or even queueing up YouTube videos ahead of time.
Jyi Offer queuing your own work is different from not posting from someone else.. Would it be lying to your audience having someone else posting for you? I never used Instagram but these are questions that pops into my mind..
