VSCO has been allowing photographers to edit their photos for a while now, and now they’re introducing a new feature. From now on, the users will be able to edit videos as well. You can apply all those stylish filters, and color grade the footage. Although, the feature is available for free only for a limited time, in the trial version.

The users can access the Video Editing feature if they sign up for the VSCO X membership. It costs $20 a year, but you can start the free trial and see if it works for you. Other than getting the video editor, this paid membership also equips you with VSCO’s entire mobile library of presets (over 130 of them), VSCO X editorial and curated content, access to the VSCO community and so on. So if you really love this editing app, I guess it pays off.

For now, there is no information on the technical requirements for the video editor to work. If you already are a VSCO X member and have the app installed, you can access the video editor within the app and enhance your footage. Those of you who use VSCO and haven’t paid for the membership – this feature might convince you to do so. But make sure to try it out first, and you can do it with the free 7-day trial.
