A short video explaining the (insanely funny) seven steps of video editing

John Aldred is DIYP’s video editor. If you liked our videos from the UK photoshow or our interviews with some of the worlds top creatives, he is the one to thank. I was asking John about a deadline for one of our videos and he sent me this clip from Lixi studios as a reply.
Now, I know John, and I doubt that he takes long walks at the beach (living in the UK has it downfalls), but I can totally relate to the emotional process that art goes through.
Interestingly enough, that process it like a micro cosmos of the arc we go as creatives over a long duration of time; from I’m awesome, through I suck and hopefully back to I’m awesome again.
That and get a good UPS to avoid your computer crashing due to a power outage on critical moments.
Thanks John, point taken.

Those headphones are about to die too
Omg , never thought video editing might be so funny :) Used to edit videos to make reports ( using viosk.com and Movavi sometimes ), actually this is what brought me here. Thanks for sharing !
