TikToker claims red carpet photographers ignored her for “not being hot enough”

When you watch red carpet videos and reels, there’s always a celebrity posing awkwardly and a bunch of speedlights flashing as photographers snap away. But a TikToker Tiff Baira recently took the awkwardness of red carpet posing to a whole new level when no one took a photo of her. She blamed it on the photographers, of course, claiming that they didn’t take her photos because “they didn’t think she was hot enough.” Oh, honey… You got it all wrong!

I saw a post on Missy Mwac’s Facebook. With her recognizable humor, this lady always writes stuff that makes me intrigued, so I wanted to know what happened… And who Tiff was anyway. Well, that’s a girl with 225k TikTok followers. She talks about dating and modeling, and shares strategies for finding an “eligible bachelor,” a “rich future husband” and “the hottest person in the room.” I watched some of her videos to get the idea, and it’s time I’ll never get back. But hey, I had to know what it was all about before writing this article.

Anyway, Tiff posted this super-awkward video with the caption, “Will never let a man or a camera man steel [sic] my confidence but this was humbling. “In the video itself, she claims that no one took her photo on the red carpet because the photographers didn’t find her hot enough.

Missy Mwac wrote what we all think:

“I suspect the lack of event photographer flashes has nothing to do with her appearance. I suspect all these photographers weren’t thinking, ‘Is she hot enough to photograph?’ but rather, ‘WHO THE HECK IS THIS WOMAN?'”

Now, it’s also possible that, by “hot,” Tiff didn’t refer to her looks but rather to her popularity. In that case, I can certainly confirm that she isn’t “hot” enough and she isn’t popular at all. But if it’s about the physical appearance… Oh boy.

First of all, photographers at events like this don’t choose whom to photograph based on their looks. They are either assigned to take photos of specific people, or they take snaps of really popular folks so they can sell the photos later. From what I know, they either sell them to publications or upload them to their stock photo profiles for licensing.

So, Tiff, don’t worry: you’re hot enough when it comes to your looks, and you’re beautiful. You’re just not as important as you think you are.
