Here is something nice for the Shaped Bokeh lovers. Want a shaped bokeh on your iPhone? There is an app for that.

Big Lens simulates shallow DOF for images taken with an iPhone. OK, so it’s a little bit of cheating, doing this in post (and not even opening Photoshop), but it is still lots of fun.

The picture below was taken when on my London lay-over when I came back from CES/PMA. I headed to the London Eye only to discover that it is closed for installing stupid state of the art multimedia touch screen on the carts. As if getting 135 meter in the air on a 320 tons behemoth is not fun enough…

Anyhow, I took an iPhone snap to remember my un-experience, which was perfect to use on Big Lens creative aperture filter.

The original image is right below, followed by a stars filter. You can see the hearts filter at the top of the post.
