Godox has launched its new Tiny iT20/iT22 iFlash. Are you fed up with carrying around bulky and heavy flash units? Wouldn’t it be great to have a compact yet powerful light that fits in your pocket and is always on hand when creativity strikes? These new camera flashes might be the solution you’re looking for. Weighing only 45g for the iT20 and 52g for the iT22, they are incredibly lightweight. These flashes are so small that they could easily get lost in your camera bag, which adds convenience.
A Mini Flash with Maxi Power
Don’t be deceived by its small size. Godox says these flashes are pretty powerful. They claim you can get over 700 full-power flashes from just one charge, which is impressive for such a compact device. Plus, it has a quick 1.5-second recycling time at full power, allowing you to keep shooting and capturing those quick moments.
The key to this impressive performance is a built-in lithium battery that charges fast with USB-C. You won’t need to deal with AA batteries while you’re out. Plug it into a power bank, and you’re all set.
No More Complicated Setups
Godox aims to make things easier with its iT20 and iT22 models. These flashes feature smart TTL (Through-The-Lens) technology that automatically adjusts the lighting. This allows you to spend more time on your composition rather than fiddling with settings.
Furthermore, those who prefer more control, like myself, will be pleased that you can easily switch between manual and TTL modes with just one button. The display is simple and shows your current settings in real time, making it simple to adjust as needed. You can control the power in six stops, ranging from 1/32 to 1/1, with adjustments in one-third-stop increments. Godox claims this setup gives you complete control over your lighting.
Unleash Your Creative Side
One of the coolest features of these flashes is the magnetic accessory system. It looks like Godox is focusing on making flash photography more fun. The iT20/iT22 includes magnetic snap-on diffusers, color filters (CTO/CTB), and creative gels. Godox says you can change your lighting effects in seconds, which lets you try different atmospheric effects and create unique visual stories.
On accessories, the box includes a magnetic spreader and 1/2 CTO and 1/1 CTO magnetic color filters. Godox also offers an optional softbox (iT20-DF) that works with the iT20 and a magnetic attachment (MA01) for other on-camera flashes.

Lift Your Flash Higher
A wide lens blocking your flash can be frustrating. Godox has a solution for that, too: the optional TR TTL Hot Shoe Riser raises your flash by 30mm. This makes a big difference in getting better clearance. Moreover, it also works with auto flash and High-Speed Synchronization (HSS) and can tilt from 0 to 90 degrees, allowing you to use direct or bounce flash.
Godox seems to be creating a compact and powerful flash system that works well with many cameras. The iT20 and iT22 models are designed for Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, and OM System/Panasonic cameras.

Quand sera-t-il en vente en France ?
Merci
Wireless would have made this a no brainer for me. As it is there are a lot of small, cheap flashes like this, not many with TTL to be fair but this isn’t enough to make new interested. What I really want is a compact flash that I can hide in places to use as a covert fill or practical light that I can control remotely. Whoever creates that, I’ll buy a dozen.
