The coronavirus outbreak has had schools all over the world closed down, moving classes to online platforms whenever possible. Adobe has decided to offer free at-home access to its Creative Cloud programs to all students and educators who are now forced to teach and learn from home.
Schools and institutions that use Creative Cloud apps make them accessible to students who login through on-campus labs. However, due to the current situation, all students and educators will be able to access the apps from home. There will be no additional cost and the offer is valid until 31 May 2020.
So, what should you do to apply? Schools that already have an Adobe CC license can request temporary “at-home” access for their students and educators. Note that it’s the IT admins who can apply. They should fill in this form to grant their students or teachers access to Adobe CC apps at home.
In addition, Adobe also shares online events, webinars and other resources for everyone who want to expand their knowledge while staying at home. There’s also free 90-day access to web conferencing platform Adobe Connect, our web conferencing solution, available until 1 July 2020.
