Adobe is closing out 2025 with record-breaking results, reporting total revenue of $23.77 billion, up 11% year-over-year. The company’s Digital Media segment led the growth, generating $17.65 billion in revenue and marking an 11% increase compared to 2024.
For those who follow the intersection of creativity and technology, these numbers reflect more than just strong financial performance. They underscore the growing impact of AI-driven tools in Adobe’s product ecosystem and how professionals and enthusiasts alike are increasingly relying on these innovations to enhance their workflows.
Adobe’s CEO, Shantanu Narayen, highlighted that the company’s expansion in the AI space was a major factor in the year’s results.
“Adobe’s record 2025 results reflect our growing importance in the global AI ecosystem and the rapid adoption of our AI-driven tools,” he said.
Digital Media Leads Growth
The Digital Media segment, which includes flagship products like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat, continues to be Adobe’s largest contributor.
With revenue of $4.62 billion in the 4th quarter 2025, the segment grew 11% over the prior year. This strong performance reflects not only traditional subscription adoption but also the integration of AI features that help users achieve professional-grade results more efficiently.
Annualized Recurring Revenue (ARR) for Digital Media reached $19.20 billion, demonstrating steady, reliable growth.
The Creative & Marketing Professionals group contributed $16.30 billion in subscription revenue for 2025, growing 11% year-over-year. Meanwhile, Business Professionals & Consumers subscriptions reached $6.50 billion, up 15%, showing that even casual users are adopting Adobe’s tools to simplify and improve creative projects.

Adobe’s AI Integration
A key driver of Adobe’s success in 2025 is its focus on embedding AI across its apps. Adobe’s generative AI and agentic AI capabilities are increasingly influencing how users work.
In Photoshop, for example, AI can assist with background removal, style transfer, and object recognition. In Illustrator and Express, AI tools help automate repetitive design tasks while suggesting creative enhancements.
Adobe refers to this combined impact as Total AI-Influenced ARR, highlighting the revenue coming from products enhanced by AI functionalities.
As the company continues to expand its AI offerings across Digital Media, Creative & Marketing Professionals, and Business Professionals & Consumers, you can anticipate even more intelligent, time-saving features that support both your creative ambitions and professional productivity.
