We’re not just seeing the new Zhiyun Crane 4 today. The company has also announced the new Zhiyun Fiveray V60 (buy here) and Molus G200 (buy here) LED lights. Zhiyun’s lighting lineup is starting to grow quite nicely and fairly quickly.
The Zhiyun Molus G200, like the other Molus lights, comes with a very compact design, despite its 200W output. The Zhiyun Fiveray V60 also follows the general design of the rest of the Fiveray lineup but with some interesting updates.
Zhiyun Molus G200

Zhiyun has been doing what they can to break out of the traditional strobe-style design mould of most Bowens mount LED lights on the market. It began with the Molus G60 (buy here) and Molus X100 (buy here) LED lights and follows on with the new Zhiyun Molus G200.
This 200W LED light is very tiny, measuring only 127 x 67.5 x 225mm including the mounting bracket to attach it to your light stand. It weighs 2.2kg, so it’s not the most lightweight of LED lights out there, but it’s still lighter than other 200W Bowens mount lights. The Aputure Amaran 200D, for example, weighs 3.96kg.
Designed for (indoor) location shooters
The Zhiyun Molus G200 offers 200W of continuous output, but its “Max” button bumps that briefly up to 300W for when you need a little bit of extra light. Its compact size also allows you to use the light in small locations where more traditional LED light designs may not fit.

Location shooters will still require power, though. The Molus G200 comes with a separate external controller, weighing around another 910g, and it’s powered from the wall at 100-240V AC. There doesn’t appear to be a battery-powered option, although there are numerous portable AC power options on the market these days if you want to use it in a location without power.
Price and Availability
The Zhiyun Molus G200 is available to buy now for $379 and includes the light, controller, power cable, reflector, protective cover and bag.
Zhiyun Fiveray V60

The Zhiyun Fiveray V60 follows the usual Fiveray stick form factor. It looks very similar to the Zhiyun Fiveray F100 (buy here) but with a more refined and ergonomic handle design. This makes it much easier to use it handheld.
To provide more lighting options, the Fiveray V60 has a twin barndoors attachment to help you flag and direct the light. It also has a diffuser that goes over the barndoors to help you turn it into a larger light source for a little more softness.
Designed for vloggers and content creators
Unlike the Fiveray F100, the Fiveray V60 doesn’t offer RGB capabilities. Instead, it offers a 2700K to 6500K bicolour range. It’s designed for lighting your subject, not just creative colour effects. That being said, it does offer the usual lighting effects such as fire, TV screens, flickering bulbs, etc.

It measures 450 x 46 x 47mm and weighs only 891g. The built-in battery can be charged using the DC input or USB Power Delivery. You get around 24 minutes of use at full power, 50 minutes at half power and 2 hours at quarter power. It offers 60W output on battery, but if you’ve got it plugged into 24v DC, it can output up to 100W.
Price and Availability
The Zhiyun Fiveray V60 is available to pre-order now for $199 for the basic light package, including the light, case, and DC power supply. It’s also available in a Fiveray V60 Combo package, which you can pre-order now for $249, which includes the same as the basic package, as well as the twin barndoor attachment, and diffuser.
