TIME photojournalist appears to be slammed, arrested by Secret Service at Trump rally in Virginia

Today, at Donald Trump’s rally at Radford University, in Virginia, a photojournalist was seen being taken down by a Secret Service agent while capturing the activists protesting the rally.
In a video posted by reporter Joe Perticone, TIME photojournalist Chris Morris can be seen being taken down by a a Secret Service agent.

In a subsequential tweet shared by reporter Annie Andersen, she says Morris was not only taken down, but arrested.

In the video, Morris appears taken to the ground in a rough manner. While on the ground, it appears he is in a defensive position, although it seems as though he does kick away the agent as someone walks in front of the camera. After getting up, Morris is seen motioning that the agent grabbed his throat to slam him down. Morris then appears to grab the agent’s throat, reenacting what was done to him.
Other photographers and agents then intervened and Morris can be seen being escorted away.
UPDATE: Morris appears to no longer be detained and clarifies what happened in the scuffle.
