They always say, shoot what you love and it will come through in your photography. Looking through the images from Andrew Fladeboe’s portfolio, one would be hard pressed to prove otherwise. The United States based photographer has been travelling the world photographing working dogs for several years. The project has brought Fladeboe to the Netherlands, Scotland, Southern France, and Norway. In 2014, he was the recipient of the Fulbright grant which allowed the photographer to add New Zealand to his list of locations.

Fladeboe was always a fan of dog’s, but he says studying and photographing them has made his appreciation of them has grown fonder. In this quick video clip, you can take a look at some of Fladeboe’s portraits (all of which have equally gorgeous landscapes) and listen to the photographer describe the work he does. You can also visit his website to see more photos from photographer. The bulk of it is photos of dogs being incredible and, as you browse through the collections, you’re likely to find some nice commercial work in there, too.
