Deal Alert: switch to spyder5elite+ for $139 till the end of the month

Datacolor is running a super duper promotion and if you are into colors, you definitely want in. The package is $308 value and sells for only $139. The promotion runs through the end of the month and is available via special links (US, CA, EU).

Until the end of the month is longer than a usual Flash Sale and we love Datacolor for that, but I would still jump on this before stock ends or just so you don’t forget and find that it has expired. You would need to show that you own an older calibration unit (from any brand), but this should be a no brainer *cough, cough*. Here are all the details:

The upgrade package includes

  • Spyder5ELITE
  • ELITE+ Feature Upgrade
  • FREE 90 Day Adobe Creative Cloud – Photography Plan Membership

If you were wondering why you want to calibrate your monitor (and why the Spyder5ELITE is the tool for the job), check this out:

Bright displays cause dark prints

If the display brightness is too high, this will lead to print outs that are too dark due to the contrast range and brightness of the print-out being far lower than that of a display in default settings. The Spyder5ELITE+ will solve this problem.

Highly durable sensor with Encapsulated Optics and Integrated Lens Cap

First choice for traveling and calibration of laptops on location in changing light conditions. The sensor is highly protected and sealed. Combined with the sensor lens cap, this makes the Spyder5ELITE+ the best protected colorimeter on the market.

Match Multiple Displays with the Industry leading method

Verify more precise monitor matching with StudioMatch and take the guess work out of making all your connected displays look the same – including a new visual verification step that assists you by fine tuning your results.

Spyder5ELITE+ adjusts as your room light changes

Ensure your viewing and editing of work on-screen is correct with automatic switching of your monitor profile as your room light conditions change. This takes the current ambient light monitoring ability to the next level without any user action required.

Full screen Before/After function using your own images

Our sophisticated and unique Before/After function is a great asset for checking the color improvement on your images. You don‘t need to use standard images anymore. See the improvement on your best photos in full screen.

Here is a links recap if you want to update

  • Get US Offer
  • Get Canadian Offer
  • Get European Offer

Full Disclosure

This is a great deal that Datacolor ask ed us to put on the blog, while we get something out of it, we would never have posted it if we thought it was not an ace deal.
