Earlier this year, Instagram started testing non-fungible tokens or NFTs for a limited number of US users. But if you live elsewhere and want to jump on the bandwagon, rejoice! From now on, you can buy and sell NFTs on Instagram in 100 countries in  Africa, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and the Americas.

If you want to post an NFT to Instagram, you need to connect your digital wallet to the app. Instagram supports third-party wallets including Rainbow, MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet, and Dapper Wallet. As for the blockchains, supported are Ethereum, Polygon, and Flow. It’s worth noting that you will pay no fees when you post or share a digital collectible on Instagram. But I’m sure they’ll find a way to add ads to this feature somehow.
