When you are out shooting, you can sometimes end up with plenty of photos that vary significantly in exposure. Adobe Lightroom published a short video tutorial on their YouTube channel to help photographers match exposure on multiple photos. The tutorial lasts as short as 60 seconds, yet it gives you a useful tip that will help you save a lot of time when editing photos.
First, you need to Shift + click the range of photos you want to adjust. Make sure that the active photo has the exposure you are happy with, because Lightroom will match the rest of the photos with it. Then, all you need to do is go to Settings, click Match Total Exposures, and that’s it. Lightroom will match the exposures in all selected photos and make them all look the same.
