In a Polish discount supermarket Biedronka someone recently noticed this stock photography fail. The store sells a line of hand mixers that come in a box with a huge Shutterstock logo over the image. Apparently, someone didn’t care too much to buy and use a stock photo properly.

Brief posted this hilarious image on Facebook and it has received a lot of attention and hilarious comments. To make things worse, whoever made this mistake didn’t make it once. There are two different pictures, and both of them have a huge Shutterstock logo in the middle.

We’ve seen many cases of copyright infringement so far, and some of them are quite bizarre. Even Trump Organization and Getty Images were sued for copyright infringement. In the case of “Shutterstock hand mixers,” my guess is that the designers used Shutterstock photos with the logo as a mockup. However, I’m surprised that no one noticed this before it went to print. But considering how obvious the logo is, it’s more likely that no one cared. Now I’m curious to see whether the photographers behind these images will see this and whether a lawsuit will follow.
