canon_eos1dx_markii_f001Canon shooters have been impatiently waiting for the EOS-1D X replacement, especially since the official announcement of the Nikon D5, and while the company still hasn’t released any official information, we’ve got the first photos and leaks specs of the soon-to-be-released monster of a camera.

The official announcement will likely take place next week, but until then – does it live up to your expectations?

Sports and wildlife shooters will love having all 61 AF pointa available at f/8, as will the teleconverter sales, and the built-in GPS is a very welcome addition. It’s about time this feature gets added into every single DSLR.

Unfortunately wireless transmission will still cost owners a hefty sum of money, and Canon and Nikon’s flagship camera won’t use compatible memory cards, but hopefully the yet-to-be-disclosed ISO range will help people forget about that.
