Fujifilm made me happy today with the announcement of their analog-digital instant camera. But they’re not done with the announcement for today. It’s time they make their medium format users happy with the release of two new lenses: Fujinon GF 23mm f/4 R LM WR and Fujinon GF 110mm f/2 R LM WR.

GF lenses are Fujifilm’s finest class of lenses. They were designed by amassing various technologies of Fujifilm and made fully unlock performance potential of the GFX 50S.

The Fujinon GF 23mm f/4 R LM WR lens has a focal length equivalent to 18mm in the 35mm format. It’s perfect for landscape and architectural photography. Fujifilm View Camera Adapter G for GFX 50S

The GFX View Camera Adapter G allows the GFX 50S to be used as a digital back. The view camera adapter allows the GFX 50S to be mounted to the standard graflock-type back of a view camera. Keep in mind, however, that in some cases the adapter cannot be mounted, depending on the shape of the view camera.

This adapter allows the use of FUJINON large format camera lenses, such as the CM-W FUJINON lens series. The camera or lens shutter can be triggered, allowing the user to choose the optimum method. The large image circle and the bellows of the view camera can be used with tilt, shift and swing movements, effective for product and architectural photography.

The adapter is available for preorders at the price of $399. Just like the lenses, it’s expected to start shipping in late June 2017.
