Zhiyun Weebill 3 multiple views

I have to say; I wish DIYP employees were permitted on this giveaway. Since we can’t participate, I’ll just lovingly look at the specs and features:

The improved WEEBILL-3 Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer from Zhiyun-Tech is designed for the run-and-gun videographer who wants to forgo bringing additional accessories on shoots, thanks to its built-in microphone and fill light. Both the microphone and fill light are integrated into the optimized sling structure of the gimbal and avoid adding heft to its design. View your settings with the 0.96″ OLED touchscreen and toggle between modes or parameters with the various buttons.

Revised Design

  • L-shaped body capable of standing on its own
  • Improved Sling 2.0 structure
  • Two rosette mounts with 1/4″-20 threads allow you to incorporate separately available Extendable Sling Grip
  • 1/4″-20 thread at the bottom of the gimbal supports the included tripod accessory

Upgraded Motor

An optimized 10th-generation stabilization algorithm improves movement quality while keeping the unit compact and lightweight. Motors control 310° of tilting, 360° of panning, and 340° of rolling movements. Improved AXIS locks engage or disengage certain movements.

Upgraded Quick Release System

Dual quick release plates allow you to mount and dismount cameras without rebalancing to efficiently transition between the gimbal and other mounts. You can also change camera batteries without rebalancing. A magnetic wrench is embedded in a gimbal design to mount and secure the camera.

Built-In Microphone

  • Noise-cancelling, Hi-Fi, cardioid recording without the need to attach additional equipment or battle with cable runs
  • 3.5mm general audio port to integrate your own additional microphone

Built-In Fill Light

  • 1000 lumens of brightness
  • Adjustable 2600 to 5400K color temperature
  • Includes four colored filters
  • CRI of 90 for natural color reproduction

Gimbal Controls

  • Control for both the gimbal and your mounted camera can be achieved by connecting one of the included Canon, Sony, or Panasonic control cables. You can then utilize the onboard buttons to control your camera’s functions or control remotely via the ZY Play smartphone app using the gimbal’s 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 capabilities.
  • The OLED touchscreen can toggle between different shooting modes. Customize the trigger button for faster access to a mode of your choice. The wheel control can also be customized to adjust specific camera parameters, gimbal movement, focus, or zoom.
  • The gimbal is compatible with TransMount follow focus/zoom units and transmission systems.

Long-Lasting Battery Life

Three built-in 2600mAh batteries power your WEEBILL-3 for up to 21 hours. A single USB-C port supports both 5V at 1A real-time charging to your camera or PD fast charging technology to the gimbal, which can completely recharge the device in just two hours.
