A young man recently surprised his girlfriend with a proposal during a photo shoot on the iconic Brooklyn Bridge. But the proposal got upstaged for a moment when a cyclist slammed into the couple’s photographer at full speed. The incident was caught on camera, and luckily, it ended well.
According to Inside Edition, Angelina Rivera thought she was at Brooklyn bridge for a photo shoot. But then her boyfriend Chris Vigo got down on one knee and popped the question. The photographer can be seen in the video as he was doing his best to capture every moment of the romantic event. Apparently, he was so focused on shooting that he forgot to look behind him before stepping onto the bike lane.
You can see in the video that a cyclist smashed at him and they both ended up on the ground. Fortunately, it all ended well: no one was injured, and Angelina said “yes.” When the interviewer asked the photographer why he hadn’t looked behind, he said that he’d thought people would stop for an engagement. I don’t know why unknown people’s engagement would make you stop heading your way, but okay, that’s just me.
Now, as a cyclist (and someone with common sense), I beg you – please always look behind you before stepping onto the bike lane. But also, if you’re a cyclist, slow down when you see something is happening around the lane. Just in case. After all, if people just paid more attention to others, I think all of us would be much safer.

Lolz! The photographer got so involved in the situation and lost track of “The track” lolz
That’s how you get sued.
The photographer and videographer are standing in each other’s line of sight.
Morons.
BIKER HAS RIGHT OF WAY!! Just another example of a photographer putting aside rules and regs to get a shot. Some people need to learn the world doesn’t stop for your moment.
