Sports photography and videography have their challenges and requirements. But has it ever occurred to you that one of them is running fast? South China Morning Post recently shared a video showing a cameraman running along with sprinters in a 100m race, all the while holding a camera on a gimbal.

The video shows a college student at Datong University in northern China’s Shanxi province who served as a cameraman at a college dash. He started the race along with the contestants from a few meters ahead of them. During the entire 100m sprint, he didn’t only keep pace with the runners but even outran some of them. In addition to the impressive sprint, the guy also kept looking back to see where the runners were. He also kept filming their race with 4 kg (8 lbs) of gear in a single hand.

I wasn’t able to find more information about the cameraman and if he is also a sprinter like the guys he filmed. But all things considered, to me he is definitely the champion of this race.
