I know a lot of photographers, some of which are Nikon users. And I know a whole lot of chocolate lovers. All of you who belong to all three groups, brace yourselves for something really special: a vintage Nikon SLR camera made entirely of chocolate!

The guys from Amazing Chocolate Workshop handcrafted this chocolaty delight out of the finest Italian chocolate. As they say, it’s their own way of paying a tribute to the glory of full-size Nikon SLR. They say it took them a huge amount of time to make the camera, and when you see all the details, you’ll understand why. They paid attention to even the tiniest bits, such as plastic casing texture effect and ultra-fine aperture lines. What’s more, they made the camera in its actual size. This makes it look even more realistic – and includes more chocolate, too. Those who order it will get it in a stylish gift box and pay £35.00 (or around $44) for it.

The holiday season has begun, so if you need a perfect gift for a chocolate-loving photographer, this may be what you’re looking for. And if this photographer is you, share this article with your family if they haven’t bought you a gift yet. Or treat yourself, why not?

The chocolate camera has shelf life of 6 months, so you’ll have some time to decide whether to eat it or keep it as a decoration piece. To be honest, as a Nikon user with a sweet tooth, I’m not sure what I would do.

What would you do? Eat it or keep it on the shelf for decoration? Are you planning to treat someone with this chocolate Nikon?
