How to quickly and simply enhance greens in landscape photos using Photoshop

For their second video on image editing and retouching, YouTube channel Lensvid shows how you can quickly and simply enhance greens in landscape images using Photoshop.
As explained in the 4-minute video, greens can be difficult to work with, as Photoshop’s built-in color selection tool doesn’t often recognize greens as you would expect.
Instead of using the default selection mode, Lenvid shows how using the sample selection tool can yield far better results, especially when used with a mask.
Once the greens and yellows have been selected, a simple curves layer is used in the video to brighten up the greens and add a bit of contrast.
After Lensvid finishes editing the image with that method, the video shows a more simplified version using a program called PSKiss, but that’s by no means necessary and takes out only a few steps.
