We’re now only days away from the official announcement of Canon EOS 6D Mark II. It’s planned to replace the 6D, and new information and rumors keep coming up. The latest information is about the price, and it seems that 6D Mk II will cost $100 less than its predecessor did when it was first launched.
According to Canon Rumors, the price fo the body in the US will be $1999. Other than the price, it’s confirmed that all 45 AF points will be cross-type, and that the camera will have only one SD card slot.

The official announcement is expected to come this June, and now we have the exact date: it’s June 29. As for the shipping, it should start in early August this year.
