Cosyspeed is a company that we like. I’ve had some close chats with the owner and his view of how a company should interact with society. They also make killer mirrorless bags (well, the bags, obviously has no mirror, they are aimed at the mirrorless cameras market).

I saw Cosyspeed’s new bag, the Streetomatic+ and I ell in love. If you are unfamiliar with the company bags, you can see a some reviews of their bags here and here.

The bag is similar to the crowd funded streetomatic (see review here), but it incorporates some customer feedback.

Features-wise the Streetomatic+ is similar to the the Streetomatic, but it is a little big bigger (can even fit a DSLR with a small lens). The side pocket can fit phones as big as the iPhone 7+.

The other cool feature is the way that this bag locks. It is not super obvious from the video, but you dont need to “close” the bag. You simply shut the flap and the latch magnetically closes. It feels like magic.

Looks-wise it is a retro looking bag, and surprisingly it has no leather. It looks like leather, it feels like leather, but it is a material from the car industry with no dead animals attached.

The Streetomatic+ will cost around 130 Euros and should be shipping for the holidays.

You like the look and feel of leather but don’t want to use it on ethical reasons. Sorry, but if you don’t like it on ethical reasons why would you produce and use something that looks and feels like leather. Thats really f*cked up reasoning
