Can You Tell How Many Photos Can Each of These Hold?

A few days ago I was talking to my buddy Jim Goldstein and we reminisced about all the old discs that we used to have. Some of those will not even hold a jpg from a 2 MP camera.
Assuming an raw image is 7-35MP nowadays, it is amazing that we used to carry tiny pieces of plastic with as little as 360KB in them.
You know what? I am going to make it easy for you and you only need to know the size of the disk, getting the actual number of photos that would fit in introduces way to many variables.

7 outta 7. LOL It pays to be a geek sometimes.
I actually have a camera that is still operational (although the battery is pretty much dead) that uses 3.5″ floppy as storage device. Max resultion: 640*480.XP
Why is the photo of the 3.5″ floppy not of a 3.5″ floppy?
That IS a 3.5″ floppy. They came in cartridges, but the disk itself inside was floppy.
Actually, have a closer look at the label on the photo for the 3.5″ floppy – it clearly says “Iomega 21MB floptical diskette”.
yea, they looks so much similar that I got confused, this is fixed now :)
I got one or two right… Lol. Seen half of them but forgot capacities.
I shoot 5 MB jpg+50MB RAW. I’d need a stack for each picture.
What about LTO(Linear Tape-Open) tapes?
With floppies, you need to specify the type, because the capacity varies according to the number of sides (SS/DS), tracks (typically 80 or 40), & density (SD/DD). Zip disks also came in multiple capacities.
And the Zip and Jaz drives were very unreliable… anyone remember “The Click of Death”?
I got a measily one right
