If you’re not familiar with video editing and camera settings then shooting slow motion video with a GoPro can perhaps be a little frustrating. You may keep wondering why your new GoPro Hero4 slo-mo’ed footage is jittery and jerky. It may be because you need to sync the camera and editing settings. MicBergsma is here to help you out in this situation though: in his short GoPro Quick Tip he demonstrates the best way how to get the smoothest videos possible.
Do you have any tips on shooting slowmo video? Feel free to let me know in the comments.

No one has commented. I’m not sure why, but I guess that leaves me to be that guy.
This was a disappointing video, and not simply because it was difficult to understand him.
I was caught off guard by this at first, because YouTube is so much about personalities, and part of a “personality” is being a good speaker. That said, I was impressed by just how much personality he has, and after a few moments, I was really in to the video.
The disappointing part of the video is it doesn’t really give much information. There is a handy chart, but that can be summarized by saying “common frame-rates are 24fps and 30fps, so interpret your footage as one of those two (or whatever your timeline is at), and if that is not slow enough, just sub-frame (pixel?) sampling.”
In the end, there was no finished product displayed, and there were 15 costume changes.
There just wasn’t much. Disappointing.
I am WELL aware he is deaf, and that is what affected his speech. As I said, a large portion of being a YouTube Personality is speech, and what I was trying to impress was that I was quite taken with how much personality this man had, despite the speech issue. He is a great YT personality, I just didn’t expect it is all. Nothing against him.
My only issues, in the end, were with content, and that he changed more than… Well… I don’t have anything witty for it. he just had way too many costumes, and not enough content, is all.
He’s deaf,bro…
Wait… WHAT?
its really cool that even though this guy is deaf he isn’t afraid to put himself out on the internet in front of millions of people…#respect
where do you go edit a program to make video go slow?
