This is what 20 fps shooting looks like on Sony A9

The announcement of the new Sony A9 has created a lot of buzz. And indeed, this camera looks like a dream come true for all mirrorless shooters, especially for sports or wildlife photographers. If you’ve read the announcement and the review, you are familiar with the fact that it features a blackout-free 20fps continuous burst mode.
In this video, you’ll see what exactly it looks like. Hugh Brownstone from Three Blind Men and An Elephant Productions captured it, and it looks really powerful.
When I first saw this video, I thought: “what the hell is going on here, why isn’t he shooting?” But then I turned the volume up, watched again and realized – he is shooting. The camera is set to 1/1000 shutter speed, f/2.8 and ISO 8000, firing away so fast that you can’t spot it.
From the comments, I can see many photographers are thrilled about this camera and its performance, and I can understand why. It really seems incredible. It is pretty expensive, but nevertheless – it seems like it’s worth the money. What do you think? Saving up for Sony A9 or sticking with the gear and system you already use?

I can notice the lag between the screen and the scene.
above are the numbers of frames .price is high but still 2000 less than Canon and Nikon.
Doesn’t E-M1 MII already offer 60fps S-AF and 18fps C-AF?
Yes, but it probably doesn’t track very well as ISO8000.
Must really be testing the limits of that camera with it at 8000iso
I have seen the GH5 and the 2500 Panisonic rattle off 50
Soon they’ll invent cinema.
speed….. the new megapixel…..
as if i have any use for speed over 10 fps….. and who really has?
i rarely shoot at 11 FPS with my A6300.
