This wooden camera replica is so realistic that it takes interchangeable wooden lenses

We’ve seen and shared a bunch of interesting camera replicas over the years: from paper, wood, Lego, and my all-time favorite: chocolate. But here’s one that just took our breath away. The Wooden Model Design, a craft company from Vietnam, produces realistic wooden camera replicas. So realistic, that they even have interchangeable wooden lenses.

The company has produced a bunch of different camera models so far. From mirrorless cameras like Sony A1 or Olympus OM-1 to vintage film cameras like Hasselblad 500C/M or Nikon F. Other than cameras, the company also makes miniature car replicas, and they look equally impressive.

There are quite a few videos on The Wooden Model Design’s Facebook page where you can see their products in more detail. As for the cameras, not only do they have interchangeable lenses but almost all the knobs and buttons are movable, too. It’s pretty impressive. From what I saw on the page, these beautiful replicas are also very affordable: under $100 US.

“Our mission is [to] spread art and passion throughout the world by combining, to iconic film cameras like Nikon F pieces of wood and human’s creativity,” the company writes on Facebook. And from what I can see, mission accomplished!
