Fujifilm goes wireless with EF-60 speedlight and EF-W1 commander

Fujifilm has introduced two new additions to its lighting line-up. EF-60 speedlight and EF-W1 wireless commander are now out, enabling off-camera flash for the company’s X and GFX series cameras.

The EF-60 flash offers a zoom range of 24-200mm and a maximum guide number of 60 at 200mm. It can be used on or off camera, when combined with the EF-W1 commander. Like most speedlights, you can choose between TTL or manual use. It is also compatible with the Nissin Air10s Remote, which allows for integration with other Nissin Air System (NAS) compatible flashes (i60A, Di700A, MG Series).

As for the EF-W1 commander, it uses radio-controlled 2.4 GHz wireless communications to remotely trigger the EF-60. It Covers a flash head range of 24 to 200mm and provides eight channels to prevent interference with other shooters, as well as four groups for separate setups. Check out the specs:
