SmallRig has announced its Prime Day sale for 2026, with discounts of up to 35% available across a wide range of filmmaking, photography and content creation gear. The promotion runs from June 23-26 and includes reductions on some of the company’s most popular tripods, V-mount batteries, lighting products and mobile filmmaking accessories.
While Prime Day sales often focus on consumer electronics, camera support gear and power solutions can be some of the more useful purchases for photographers and filmmakers looking to upgrade their kit without replacing a camera body or lens. Let’s have a closer look at what SmallRig is offering.
Tripods and support gear see some of the biggest discounts
One of the headline products in the sale is the SmallRig x Potato Jet Tribex Carbon II hydraulic tripod. The carbon fibre tripod features fast-deploying legs and a fluid head with a four-step counterbalance system. Originally priced at $799.99, it will be available with a 30% discount during the promotion.

The more affordable TRIBEX SE aluminium version is also included, alongside several monopods aimed at video shooters who need a lighter and more portable support option.
For videographers, the AD-100 FreeBlazer carbon fibre tripod system is another notable inclusion. The tripod offers one-step leg locking, a 360-degree fluid head and a maximum height of 78 inches. SmallRig says it will be discounted by 25%.
Budget-conscious creators aren’t left out either. The company’s 71-inch foldable aluminium tripod and monopod combo will also be discounted by 30%, making it one of the lowest-cost support options in the sale.
V-mount batteries discounted by up to 35%
Power solutions are another major focus of the promotion. Leading the category is the VB212 V-mount battery, a 212Wh battery designed for powering cameras, monitors and lighting setups. It features a 140W output and support for fast charging through dual USB-C ports. According to SmallRig, it will receive the largest discount of the sale at 35%.
Several 99Wh V-mount batteries are also included, including the company’s newer touchscreen-equipped X99 model. The battery offers app control, dual D-TAP outputs and a built-in touchscreen interface. Discounts across the 99Wh range will reach up to 30%.
For filmmakers building out a portable production kit, batteries are often one of the more expensive accessories, so seeing significant reductions in this category may attract the most attention.
Portable lighting is also included
SmallRig’s lighting lineup is also part of the Prime Day promotion. The RC 60C RGB LED light, a compact battery-powered fixture with app control and an adjustable colour temperature range from 2500K to 10,000K, will be discounted by 20%.

The company’s RF-series photography flashlights are also included. These portable LED spotlights support gobos, colour filters and adjustable beam shaping, making them suitable for portrait photography, video production and creative lighting effects. Discounts on selected models will reach 15%.
Other lighting products in the sale include the RM120 RGB light, RM40C mini RGB light, P96 Neo mini LED light, P108 Neo RGBWW light and several portable magnetic smartphone lights.

Mobile filmmaking accessories join the sale
SmallRig has also included a range of smartphone-focused accessories. Among them are the FilMov phone case kits, magnetic ND and Black Mist filter sets for iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max models, handheld video cage systems and wireless phone monitoring accessories.

Action camera users will also find discounts on cages and accessories for DJI Osmo Action cameras and DJI Pocket devices, while Sony shooters can pick up discounted NP-FZ100 battery kits and camera cages.
Availability
SmallRig’s Prime Day promotion runs from June 23 through June 26. The discounts will be available through the company’s Amazon storefronts while stock lasts.
For anyone who has been waiting to pick up a new tripod, expand a V-mount battery setup or add a few lighting accessories to their kit, this year’s sale appears to focus heavily on practical production gear rather than camera-specific accessories.
