Portraits Of A Girl Taken Sideways With An Extra Face

This portrait series following a young girl during a routine day should have been pretty normal. Only thing is, Berlin-based artist Sebastian Bieniek made her a double-faced girl.

The young girl turned double faced with a careful draw of an extra eye, a mouth and a nose. The drawings are combined with cleverly hiding the girls features with her hair, creating a portrait with one sketched eye and one real eye.
While the portraits do have a wink to them, they are also a bit unsettling, at least until you figure out what is it that does not feel normal to you.

Many many more on Sebastian’s Facebook.
