So, if the exposure is right at f/8 and 1/250th of a second? What would the time value be at f/288?

While this is not a question you will need answered for your DSLR, it is something you would need to know if you got the new Ilford Harman Titan 8×10″ Pinhole camera.
Armed with a 8x10in film holder slot it can accept a wide array of film format or photographic paper.
Here is the product description from Ilford:
“The HARMAN TiTAN 8x10in camera can be used with any photographic film using a 8x10in film holder or photographic paper*. It allows the creative photographer in you to produce wonderfully unique images. The camera has been designed to include a tripod mount for use in both portrait and landscape formats. It has spirit levels fitted for both orientations and a cold shoe accessory mount. The kit comes with our Exposure Calculator, full user instructions, guidance for outdoor use and of course, the warranty leaflet from our manufacturer, Walker Cameras” #
If you want to one of these, you will have to shell out around £300. Till there here is a video review from Leon Taylor of filmwaters who also shot the review photographs below.

P.S. if 8×10″ is too much, there is a smaller 4×5 pinhole from the same family.
P.P.S – f/288 is about 10 stops dimmer than f/8 so the right time value would be about 4 seconds.

Did you factor in reciprocity failur for filme? Plus, why would a DIY Photo site ballyhoo a camera you could easily build yourself for $25?
