As a photographer myself, I know how hard it can be to do a fabulous fashion or beauty editorial and then try to figure out where to submit it.

Questions like; Which fashion magazine will it fit? What type of magazine do I want it in? Print or online? How should I go about submitting it? etc. etc. Will start racing through your mind.

If you are like me, at this point, you want to give up and just publish them on social media and be done with it.

Well, for months now I have been compiling a large list of fashion magazines and beauty magazines that are always looking for submissions and ready to take a look at your editorials. So hopefully we have made your life just a bit easier.

Before submitting your editorials blindly to many different magazines, we recommend that you take a look at each one you are submitting to. If your style and look of editorial does not match the style and look of the magazine, the chances are high that your submission will not be accepted.

Also, be a good submitter and follow the guidelines each magazine has laid out in how they want you to submit. If they don’t want zip files, then don’t send them. Otherwise you run the risk of your submission being deleted and unseen. So PLEASE follow the magazines submission guidelines.

With that out of the way, I am happy to share with you Fashion Magazines that take Submissions.

Since there are different types of magazines; from those you can find on the newsstands, to those that are only online, and all in between; and some photographers only like to submit to a certain type, I have taken the time to separate the magazines into groupings so that you can focus on the ones you would like to submit to. If you would like to try your hand at them all then awesome !!
