SmallRig has announced its filmmaker discounts for Amazon Prime Day, and there are some great deals on there. If you need LED lights, tripods or batteries, check out the list below and see if there’s anything that takes your fancy.
The discounts are from 20-30%, which makes for some decent discounts. If you’ve been on the fence about any of this gear, now is a good time to be swayed.
SmallRig VB50 mini V Mount Battery – $179.99 $103.99
When you need a lot of power on your camera rig, you can’t beat a V-Mount battery. They let you power all your devices from a single power source, and they can power them for a good while, too. This 50Wh Mini V-Mount offers D-Tap, USB-A and 45W USB-PD.

The SmallRig VB99 mini V Mount Battery is a beefed-up version of the VB50 above. Offering 99Wh of power, it can power your gear for twice as long as the VB50. While it offers the same power output options as the VB50, it also boosts the USB-PD power output up to 65W.
