Viltrox introduces limited series of red lenses, and photographers hate them

To celebrate Chinese National Day, Viltrox has announced a limited edition series of 23mm, 33mm, and 56mm f/1.4 lenses. It’s the trio they already have in the offer, only they come in red – and photographers don’t seem thrilled about how they look.

Tokina launches 23mm and 33mm f/1.4 lenses for Fuji-X

Tokina has launched two new lenses for Fuji X-mount. Tokina atx-m 33mm f/1.4 and atx-m 23mm f/1.4 are fast AF primes for APS-C models, and they should come in handy in a variety of shooting situations.

Viltrox has released their EF-M 23mm f/1.4 and 33mm f/1.4 autofocus lenses for Canon EOS M cameras

It’s not exactly news that Viltrox has been planning to expand its lens lineup, and two of the three new lenses designed for APS-C mirrorless cameras have now been released in Canon EF-M mount for EOS M mirrorless cameras.

The Viltrox 23mm f/1.4 STM and 33mm f/1.4 STM are both autofocus lenses with a wide f/1.4 maximum aperture and feature a rugged metal construction with a built-in USB port for firmware updates. Interestingly, they only seem to be available in silver, and not the typical black of the Sony E mount and Fuji X mount versions.

Warning: three Viltrox prime lenses can damage your Fujifilm X-Pro3

Viltrox has just issued an official statement that some of their lenses can damage your Fujifilm X-Pro3. So, if you use this camera, you might not want to pair it with Viltrox 23mm f/1.4, Viltrox 33mm f/1.4, and Viltrox 85mm f/1.8.
