As we probably all know, Instagram has been a part of Facebook for a while now. It’s getting more and more integrated into the parent app, and the latest part of the merger has been spotted in Stories. The company is now testing a feature that lets some users see stories from Instagram on Facebook.
Sending photos through various apps on our smartphones has become one of the most common means of visual communication. Every month, 17 billion photos are sent only through Facebook Messenger. So, Facebook has decided to improve photo sharing for their users. Instead of 2K, you can now send 4K images through Messenger.
A new feature coming that is currently testing in Australia (for android) is called “Photo Magic”. Here is the magic: The Facebook Messenger App will scan your camera roll and will apply a facial recognition software on them. If they find a match they will remind you to send the photo to your friends via the messenger app.
