Artist Fabian Oefner has been working on his incredible Disintegrating series since 2012. He began using small scale models in his studio, which allowed him to have a peaceful release in which to create his work. But when the opportunity arose for him to create an image for his series using a real Lamborghini Miura, he accepted the challenge, and the result is just incredible.
The Lamborghini “Huracam” is the creation of Incline Dynamic Outlet. Because a $200,000 Lamborghini Huracan isn’t excessive enough already, they decided to strap a $500,000 camera rig to it. They claim it’s the world’s fastest purpose-built camera car, and I don’t doubt it. IDO co-founders, Nathan Garofalos and Chris Fuelner spoke with Jalopnik recently to explain.
Sometimes, when you’re out making photographs, you have a bad day. Other times, you have a really bad day. This seems to be the latter after a photographer allegedly drove a $350,000 Lamborghini Aventador through a car showroom window.
The Lancashire Evening Post reports that a man, believed to be the photographer, got behind the wheel of the Aventador in order to reposition it slightly for a better shot during a shoot at Amari Supercars in Preston, England.
