Scientists have recently confirmed that there’s a massive black hole at the center of our galaxy, named Sagittarius A*. European Southern Observatory (ESO) has released a stunning video that zooms in all the way to the black hole. And while it’s kinda scary to watch it – it’s also hard to stop.

Phone survives fall from plane and keeps recording video after hitting the ground
Whenever a new phone is released, a whole battery of non-scientific tests are performed for the benefit if YouTube viewers. One such test is the drop test. But drop tests get pretty boring, especially once the phone is in the hands of the masses. We see our friends drop them, or we drop them ourselves, and see what happens first hand. So then came the extreme drop tests.
I haven’t seen any that are quite as extreme as this one, though. Tennessee resident, Blake Henderson was flying in a plane shooting video of another plane with his phone. Suddenly it was pulled from his grip, and sucked out of the window. After surviving its plummet to the ground, it carried on filming, where it was discovered by a rather perplexed gentleman on the ground.

Sony Aims To Turn Smartphones Into Full DSLRs with the QX1 and QX30
Yesterday, Sony’s upcoming QX1 was leaked onto the internet, giving us our first look at the lens mount and exactly what it’s expected to bring to smartphone users. The device wasn’t just officially announced today; it’s coming with a partner, as well, called the QX30.
I’ll start off with a TL;DR. Basically, we got the QX1 down yesterday: a mount compatible with any E-mount lens Sony offers. The newly announced QX30, however, is a fixed lens mount with an appropriate-to-title 30X optical zoom.
