Makeup is an art form on its own, and as photographers, we all know how important it is to work with a good makeup artist. But some artists take their craft to a new level and turn it into amazing optical illusions. Serbian makeup artist and skin illusionist Mirjana “Kika” Milošević is one of them. She uses makeup to transform herself into stunning optical illusions. Most of them are dark, weird and creepy, but there are also many of them which are funny and amusing. But they all have one thing in common – they all look fantastic!

“Lost in Wonder” Hides Body Painted Models in Modern Wonder’s Plain Sight

Somethings the things that elude us are the things that are right under our nose. Say a naked model. Artist Trina Merry (previously) examined how modern selfie-stick culture impacts the great wonders of the world. Her way to do so was to place a naked yet body painted model against Wonders of the Modern world and camouflage them to blend in with the background.

Each photo is not just a wonder of body-painting art, but also has a say about modern culture. So for example the Petra piece has the model climbing the walls of historical place.

Simon Schaffrath, a photographer from Germany, and his wife decided they wanted to do some pictures for the announcement of their first baby!

They plan on naming him “Theodor” and I absolutely love and appreciate the creativity that Simon put into each and every photo!  Painting the scenery on his wife’s body using non toxic materials and the style of photography Simon used really creates a scene that seems to lay out a recommended life plan for the little guy!
