Sigma to announce 90mm f/2.8 and 24mm f/2 DG DN lenses for L & E mounts on September 9th
Sigma has scheduled a Sigma Stage Online event on their YouTube channel for Thursday, September 9th at 9pm JST. That’s 1pm in the UK, 8am Eastern and 5pm Pacific US. As usual, Sigma hasn’t stated what they’re going to be announcing, but it’s expected to be the upcoming 90mm f/2.8 and 24mm f/2 DG DN mirrorless lenses.
Not surprisingly, some details for both lenses have been leaked by Nokishita. Both lenses are DG DN Contemporary lenses designed specifically for mirrorless camera systems. For Sigma, that means Leica L and Sony E mounts for now. Both are expected to come with a price tag of $669 each.
