During NAB 2019, DIYP had the chance to sit down with DP Rah Sharma on the Zhiyun stand to talk about how he uses the Zhiyun Crane 3 LAB for shooting cinematic footage. As you can see from the rig Rah’s using, which includes a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K in a SmallRig cage with a matte box, the Crane 3 LAB can take some serious weight.

A popular name when it comes to gimbals, action cameras are a new market for Feiyutech, so I was interested to see just what it was like. We had a chat with Feiyutech about the new Ricca action camera, and also discovered a couple of other new products, too. First look at the Insta360 Evo 360 & 3D 180-degree VR camera
by Leave a CommentAnnounced last month, the Insta360 EVO is the latest camera from Insta360. Like many of their previous cameras the EVO is a 360-degree camera for shooting immersive content. Unlike the previous models, though, this one can also be used to shoot 3D 180 degree content, too. The 360 form unfolds to put the two 180 degree lenses side-by-side for left and right eye viewing. DIYP spoke with Insta360 at NAB 2019 to find out more about the EVO.
Sigma is releasing 11 L mount lenses, but the MC-21 EF to L Mount adapter is coming first

We’ve already seen two new full frame L mount cameras from Panasonic, and now Sigma’s Art series prime lenses are going L mount. Sigma brought some of the new L Mount prototype lenses to NAB 2019 so we had a quick look. Yyou’ll also be able to use your Canon EF & Sigma SA lenses with the new Panasonic S1 and S1R using the MC-21 mount adapter.

But ever since the release of the AD600Pro and AD400Pro, customers have been asking for an updated AD200 with the colour consistency and performance of its larger siblings. Now, the Godox AD200Pro is here, it’s real, and it offers that same level of colour consistency, with 1.8 second recycle times, 1/10th stop power increments and a new recessed LCD panel for better protection.
