If you’re anything like me (and the rest of the internet) it’s safe to say you have hundreds, if not thousands of photos of your four-legged child, Fido. It’s not at all uncommon to take photos of your pet, either for the sake of sharing them with the world or archiving them so you can look back at your pooch in the future.
What is unusual is to see the roles switched. Rather than you taking a photo of your dog, your dog takes a photo of you and your family. But that’s exactly what’s happened in a little short called PhoDOGrapher.
Created as a way to promote Smile Day, a handful of pet food brands came together to show the world what it’s like to be on the other side of the lens.
To do this, they strapped a large red button atop a Hasselblad medium format camera and had the dog take studio portraits of their respective owners. The results are adorable, heartwarming and even tear-jerking for the owners who will forever hold a special place in their heart for their dogs.

As you can see from the images below, the results turned out adorable, especially when paired alongside images the people have taken of their dogs.
