When it comes to creative advertising, beer companies often spring to mind as being some of the most ridiculous culprits. They want to make us laugh, they want to remind us how “fun” it can be to consume alcohol.

Not to be outdone, German brewery Bergedorfer Bier, are having a go at the maternity photography genre with their latest advertising campaign dubbed “Brewed with Love”.

Having been given the “Brewed with Love” slogan as a conceptual starting point, the images were thought up by German advertising firm, Jung von Matt.

Well, it’s certainly an unusual way to promote beer, although I’m a little worried about what goes into its creation, now. I’ll just have to give it a try for myself while I’m at Photokina in September.

What do you think? Funny and interesting or offensive? What’s your favourite beer or drink commercial? Let us know in the comments.
